The standalone rate covers a dedicated delivery, setup and collection for the Afterword alone. When we are already in the room hosting your Icon, that cost disappears — so we pass it back to you. The pairing rate is the same across the Opal, Pearl and Heirloom.

Or let it come with the experience. Afterword Voice is included with the Heirloom Signature and the Pearl Luxe Affair. Afterword Video is included with the Heirloom Grand and the Heirloom Full Evening. If Voice already comes with your package, moving up to Afterword Video is +$150.

When do we receive our recordings?
Your refined recordings are delivered privately within two weeks of your event — individual audio and video files, plus your digital gallery or downloadable folder.
Is there a limit on messages?
No. Afterword Voice and Afterword Video record unlimited guest messages for the full length of your event. Afterword Studio records within its timed coverage window.
Is an attendant included?
Afterword Studio always includes a dedicated attendant or interviewer. For Afterword Video, an on-site attendant is available as an optional upgrade.
What about an edited highlight film?
An edited Afterword highlight film is included with Afterword Studio, and available as the Afterword Film upgrade for Voice and Video.
Do we save by adding an Afterword to our booth booking?
Yes. Every Afterword is offered at a pairing rate when it is booked alongside an Opal, Pearl or Heirloom Icon — Afterword Voice at $199 rather than $349, Afterword Video at $349 rather than $549, and $200 off any Afterword Studio duration. The standalone rate covers a dedicated trip for the Afterword alone; when we are already on site with your Icon, that cost is no longer there, so it comes off your total.
Is delivery and setup included?
Yes — delivery, setup, testing and collection are included within our standard service area for every Afterword.
