The standalone rate covers a dedicated delivery, setup and collection for the Afterword alone. When we are already in the room hosting your Icon, that cost disappears — so we pass it back to you. The pairing rate is the same across the Opal, Pearl and Heirloom.

Or let it come with the experience. Afterword Voice is included with the Heirloom Signature and the Pearl Luxe Affair. Afterword Vision is included with the Heirloom Grand and the Heirloom Full Evening. If Voice already comes with your package, you can move up to Afterword Vision for +$150, or keep Voice and add Vision alongside it for $349. Packages that include Vision can add Voice for $199.

Ivory or Heritage: which should we choose?
Choose by the look of your day. Ivory is soft, bright and contemporary, made for white, ivory and champagne palettes, garden celebrations and bright venues. Heritage is warm and old-world, with a working rotary dial, engraved metal body and dark wood base, made for winery and estate weddings, candlelit receptions and deeper colour palettes. Both are the same price and record the same way.
Can guests leave a voice-only message at Afterword Vision?
Afterword Vision records video, so every message is seen and heard. For guests who would rather not be on camera, add Afterword Voice alongside it. Both can be booked together, each at its pairing rate.
What is The Estate?
The Estate is an illuminated wooden stand that houses Afterword Voice or Afterword Vision: a lit name panel, a glowing frame and a pedestal that brings the experience up to standing height. It is available with any Afterword for +$200. If you book both Voice and Vision, The Estate houses one of them.
When do we receive our recordings?
Your refined recordings are delivered privately within two weeks of your event — individual audio and video files, plus your digital gallery or downloadable folder.
Is there a limit on messages?
No. Afterword Voice and Afterword Vision record unlimited guest messages for the full length of your event.
Is an attendant included?
Afterword Voice and Afterword Vision run on their own all event long, so no attendant is required. For Afterword Vision, a dedicated on-site attendant is available as an optional upgrade.
What about an edited highlight film?
Yes. An edited Afterword highlight film is available as the Afterword Film upgrade for both Voice and Vision.
Do we save by adding an Afterword to our booth booking?
Yes. Every Afterword is offered at a pairing rate when it is booked alongside an Opal, Pearl or Heirloom Icon — Afterword Voice at $199 rather than $349, and Afterword Vision at $349 rather than $549. The standalone rate covers a dedicated trip for the Afterword alone; when we are already on site with your Icon, that cost is no longer there, so it comes off your total.
Is delivery and setup included?
Yes — delivery, setup, testing and collection are included within our standard service area for every Afterword.
