How much does a photo booth rental cost in Hamilton?
Our Icon Collection starts from $799 (Opal), $999 (Pearl) and $1,699 (Heirloom). Most clients invest between $1,000 and $1,500 for a signature 3–4 hour experience with prints. Corporate packages with branding and lead capture are quoted to your requirements.
Do you charge travel for events in Hamilton or Burlington?
Not on Pearl Icon or Heirloom Icon — travel is included across Hamilton, Burlington and the GTA on both. Opal Icon adds a flat $75 outside the Niagara Region. Locations beyond our core area are quoted individually with your estimate.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance and supply a certificate of insurance naming your venue (as an additional insured if required) before load-in — just send us the venue’s requirements with your inquiry.
Do you do corporate events and brand activations in Hamilton?
Absolutely. Our corporate experiences include custom branding, logo overlays, a branded microsite, consent-based lead capture and invoiced billing — ideal for launches, conferences and holiday parties.
How far in advance should I book?
3–6 months ahead for weddings and galas, especially May–October — and the earlier the better: reserve 8 or more months out and your initial payment is 25% rather than 50%. Corporate events and private parties can often be confirmed 4–6 weeks out, subject to availability.
