How much does a photo booth rental cost in Toronto and the GTA?
Our Icon Collection starts from $799 (Opal), $999 (Pearl) and $1,699 (Heirloom). Most clients invest between $1,000 and $1,500 for a signature 3–4 hour experience with prints. Corporate packages with branding and lead capture are quoted to your requirements.
Do you charge travel for events in the GTA?
Travel is included across the Greater Toronto Area — alongside Niagara, Hamilton and Burlington — on Pearl Icon and Heirloom Icon. Opal Icon adds a flat $75 outside the Niagara Region. Locations beyond our core area are quoted individually with your estimate.
Which GTA cities do you serve?
All of them — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Oakville and Pickering, plus surrounding areas.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our GTA venue?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance and supply a certificate of insurance naming your venue (as an additional insured if required) before load-in — just send the venue’s requirements with your inquiry.
How far in advance should I book a photo booth in the GTA?
3–6 months ahead for weddings and galas, especially May–October — and the earlier the better: reserve 8 or more months out and your initial payment is 25% rather than 50%. Corporate events and private parties can often be confirmed 4–6 weeks out, subject to availability.
