Everything you need to know.
How far in advance should I book?
3–6 months ahead for weddings and galas, especially May–October — and the earlier the better: reserve 8 or more months out and your retainer is 25% rather than 50%. Corporate and private events can often be confirmed with 4–6 weeks notice depending on availability.
Is the 19″ rear display included in every package?
Yes — the rear display is standard across all Pearl Icon packages. It runs live captures, a couple's slideshow, or a custom message during your event at no additional cost.
What's the retainer to reserve my date?
A 50% retainer secures your event date and lets us begin planning your experience. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Reserve 8 or more months ahead and the retainer is 25%.
What makes Pearl different from Opal?
Opal is our minimal all-white booth experience. Pearl adds a warm light-oak finish, a tripod-style presentation, and a 19″ rear display for slideshows, branding, or event visuals.
Do you travel outside Niagara?
Travel is included with every Pearl Icon booking — throughout the Niagara Region and across Hamilton, Burlington and the Greater Toronto Area, with no travel charge. Locations beyond these regions are quoted individually with your estimate.
What if my event is cancelled or postponed?
We offer one complimentary date transfer per booking with at least 30 days notice. Full cancellation terms are outlined in your event contract.
