How much does a photo booth rental cost in Niagara?
Our Icon Collection starts from $799 (Opal), $999 (Pearl) and $1,699 (Heirloom). Most Niagara clients invest between $1,000 and $1,500 for a signature 3–4 hour experience with prints. Every quote is tailored to your date, venue and enhancements.
Do you charge travel for events in Niagara?
No — travel is complimentary across the Niagara region on every Icon, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Grimsby and surrounding areas. Across Hamilton, Burlington and the GTA travel is included on Pearl Icon and Heirloom Icon; Opal Icon adds a flat $75. Beyond those regions we quote individually.
Which Niagara venues do you serve?
All of them. We regularly set up at Niagara wineries, heritage estates and ballrooms including Lundy Manor Wine Cellars, and we coordinate directly with your venue on placement, power and timing.
Are you insured? Can you provide a certificate for our venue?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance. If your Niagara venue needs a certificate of insurance or wants to be named as an additional insured, send us their requirements with your inquiry and we’ll arrange it before load-in.
How far in advance should I book a photo booth in Niagara?
We recommend 3–6 months ahead for weddings and galas, especially for peak season (May–October) — and the earlier the better: reserve 8 or more months out and your initial payment is 25% rather than 50%. Popular Niagara weekend dates fill quickly, so earlier is better.
