Your brand, beautifully captured.
Editorial photo booth experiences for product launches, holiday parties, conferences and brand activations — fully branded and managed end-to-end so your team can focus on the room.
Heirloom · corporate styling
More than a booth. A brand asset.
Every touchpoint your guests see — the booth, the screens, the overlay, the gallery, the follow-up — carries your brand. Nothing generic reaches the room.
A living branding canvas
Our rear displays — 19″ on Pearl, 27″ on Heirloom — run sponsor reels, logo loops, launch visuals or live captures all night. Your brand isn’t on a pull-up banner in the corner; it’s on the screen the whole room watches.
Leads, consent-first
The agreed report can include sessions, captures, shares and opt-ins. We define the metrics and reporting scope in your proposal.
White-glove, zero lift
One event lead coordinates the venue, approved artwork and operating schedule with your team. The proposal specifies staffing, access and any site visit.
One screen. Every sponsor moment.
Your Product
- 7:00 Doors & welcome
- 8:00 Keynote address
- 9:30 Awards & toast
A sample of the 27″ rear display on the Heirloom Icon — one screen, cycling live all night. Available on Pearl (19″) and Heirloom (27″); content supplied by your team or designed by ours. Final screen content and supported formats are agreed in your proposal.
Every capture is a marketing asset.
Your proposal defines the capture experience, brand assets and reporting your team will receive. We report what the event actually measured.
Consent-first lead capture
A guest’s request to receive a photo is separate from marketing permission. We agree the consent wording and contact export requirements with your team before the event.
Live capture wall
A real-time gallery streams to the rear display as guests shoot — your brand and their faces on the screen the whole room watches.
Branded delivery
Every text, email and online gallery carries your logo and colours — your brand travels home on each guest’s phone.
Editorial-grade capture
AI-assisted glam finishing and clean background control keep every image polished, on-brand and social-ready.
Engagement analytics
Sessions, captures, shares and opt-ins in one post-event report — the slide that shows leadership the spend performed.
Your data, yours alone
We agree clear opt-in wording and data handling with your team. The export contains only the fields and permissions specified for the activation.

Niagara Falls holiday party.
A corporate holiday celebration in Niagara Falls — a branded booth styled to the room, live captures on the display, and every guest leaving with a photo on their phone. Proof the experience carries straight into a corporate setting.
Styled to the room
The booth was dressed to match the venue’s holiday styling — part of the décor, never a rental in the corner.
Live on the display
Guest portraits streamed to the rear screen as they were taken, keeping the room engaged all evening.
Every guest, a keepsake
Instant text and email delivery meant photos were shared and posted before the night was even over.
A proposal your team
can work with.
Tell us the audience, location and goal. We’ll define the experience and the deliverables around them.
Your proposal covers
- Operating hours, venue access and staffing
- Print, screen and delivery branding
- Artwork formats and approval dates
- Agreed metrics, consent and export fields
- Deliverables, turnaround and usage terms
- Total, travel and invoicing schedule
The questions your venue will ask.
How much space and power do you need?
A 10′ × 10′ footprint is ideal; the Opal fits comfortably in 8′ × 8′. One standard 120V outlet within 25 feet is all we need. We coordinate placement directly with your venue.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance. We supply a certificate of insurance for your venue or company, and can name either as an additional insured on request.
How does lead capture work?
Guests receive their captures by SMS, email or QR with clear opt-in language. After the event you receive an engagement summary and a consent-based contact list — clean data your marketing team can use.
How long does branding take?
Send your brand assets and we’ll deliver overlay and screen designs for approval within 3–5 business days. Rush turnarounds are available for tight timelines.
Do you offer multi-day or multi-booth rates?
Yes — conferences, festivals and multi-site activations are quoted with preferred day rates. Tell us your run of show and we’ll build the proposal around it.
Can you invoice our company?
Of course. Formal quote, invoice and receipt, with a deposit to secure the date and the balance on standard terms.
