Who we are

Forever Imprints Photo Booth (“we”, “us”) provides photo booth experiences across the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Burlington and the Greater Toronto Area. We are based in Niagara, Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@foreverimprints.ca.

What we collect

When you enquire. Your name, email address, event date, event type, and venue or city, plus anything you choose to tell us about your event.

When you book. Billing and contact details needed to prepare your contract and invoice, and the details required to plan your event.

At your event. Photographs, video and audio recordings captured by the booth, including any messages guests choose to record through The Afterword or write through The Signature Book.

When you browse. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. [CONFIRM WHETHER GOOGLE ANALYTICS / META PIXEL / ANY OTHER TRACKING IS INSTALLED AND LIST IT HERE.]

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, confirm availability, prepare quotes and contracts, plan and deliver your event, process payment, and provide your gallery or event microsite afterwards. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Event photographs and recordings

Your captures are hosted on a private gallery or event microsite, available for the retention period attached to your package. Access is by the link we provide to you.

We may wish to use selected images in our portfolio, website or social media. [CONFIRM: DO YOU ASK FOR SEPARATE WRITTEN CONSENT FOR MARKETING USE? IF SO, SAY SO HERE. IF IT IS A CLAUSE IN THE EVENT CONTRACT, SAY THAT INSTEAD.] If you or any guest would like an image removed, email us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for [X] months. Booking and financial records are kept as required by Canadian tax law, currently six years. Event galleries follow the retention period in your package — from 30 days up to two years. After that they are deleted.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our website host, email provider, booking and payment processors, and cloud storage for galleries. [LIST THE ACTUAL PROVIDERS.] Each handles your information only on our instructions. Some may store data outside Canada, where local laws may permit access by that country’s authorities.

Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing use. Email hello@foreverimprints.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We use reputable providers, restrict access to those who need it, and protect galleries with private links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
